SUP Instructions
East of Maui offers Stand Up Paddle lessons in the Annapolis, and Chesapeake Bay Area. Our WPA trained instructors and staff will safely introduce you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling. The 1½ – 2 hour lesson includes: all equipment (board, paddle PFD), board and equipment orientation, paddling, turning, carrying and launching techniques, stance, self rescue, and proper care for your board Once on the water and after the instruction portion off the class, we will take a fun tour and paddle around the famous Annapolis waterfront, fine tune your technique and check out Maryland’s State Capital from the water! Lessons are $65 per-person (max class size 4 -5 people per instructor). Lesson are offered 7 days a week, but must be scheduled in advance.
